Self Ligating Braces:
These are the state of the art braces used in orthodontic treatments and which have auto lock system. They are more hygienic than classic fixed braces and provide a faster alignment of teeth, therefore a shorter period of treatment.
Lingual Braces:
Lingual braces are fitted on the non-visible interior of the teeth. Braces are applied 2 months after dental measures are taken, because customized braces are prepared in this system. A combination of lingual braces on upper jaw and esthetic braces on lower jaw are frequently preferred for the purpose of preventing discomforts which may occur on the lower jaw and the tongue. Lingual braces are recomended for both youngsters and adults.
Invisalign:
This is an orthodontic treatment applied with customized attachable and detachable plates. It is suitable for slightly crowded teeth. Firstly patient’s dental measures are sent to the laboratory in invisalign system. Then plates are prepared in 3-D computer environment at the Invisalign center and delivered to the clinic within approximately 1.5 months. Treatment period varies from patient to patient. Invisalign is recommended for both youngsters and adults.
Esthetic Braces:
Esthetic braces are clear, ceramic brackets produced as an alternative to metal braces. Use of esthetic braces in upper jaw or both jaws is common in adult orthodontics.
